Hour of Code 2019

A big thank you to Mr. Kent Bair, Product Manager
Dell Technologies, Education Services, for coming to SAA today as our "Hour of Code" guest speaker. The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify "code", to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science. It has since become a worldwide effort to celebrate computer science, starting with 1-hour coding activities but expanding to all sorts of community efforts. SAA students were able to spend an hour coding today, as part of SAA's mission to empower our students to be successful!

Memory Verse for the Week of November 18

“Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.  Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. So, let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:7-9

·      Use artistic embellishment to bring out personal meaning and beauty.
