Please remember that book report rough drafts are due tomorrow and the 1st-3rd graders need to have their hamburger reports on a stiff background.Today, I sent home notes inviting parents (or other important adult) to Parent's Day on Thursday, April 6th. The parents are invited to spend the whole day with their student. It will be a great way to interact with your child and encourage their academic careers. If you can't come for the whole day - a portion of the day would be great too!
In science we did experiments with cars and marbles concerning friction. Ask your child what they learned.
Tomorrow we also have Spelling City assignments, spelling definitions, spelling and vocab tests, and memory verses.
This is the last quarter of school and students start to have a hard time focusing and completing assignments - please help keep them accountable and encourage them with positive reinforcements.
