No Spelling This Week

Because this is a short week we will not have spelling words or Spelling City assignments. 

Our Bible verses for this week is - 

1^st -4th graders:

“You must honor the Lord and serve him. You must obey his commands.” 1 Samuel 12:14

5^th – 8^th graders:

“The word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does.” Psalm 33:4

We continued Ron Clark's 55 Essential Rules today.

#31 If you stay in a hotel, leave a tip for the housekeepers.

#32 When you are in a vehicle do not turn around or distract the driver.

#33 When you meet people, remember their name - make sure to greet and say goodbye by using their name.

#34 When you are offered food, do not take more than your fair share.

#35 If someone drops something, pick it up for them. 

#36 Hold the door open for people. 

#37 If you bump into someone, say, "Excuse

me."
