The cooler weather means Mrs. Velbis is reading the book Wonder to her students outside. It's fun to have a book picnic!

I like Audra's interpretation of her Bible verse this week. Great illustration!

All weekly Spelling City, spelling, definitions, memory verse, and Reading Plus assignments will be due this week.

Please keep October 2nd on your calendars for our Pizza Ranch fundraiser. All families will need to have their student and one parent/friend/family member work for two hours. The event runs from 4:30 to 8:30pm. Please let Mrs. Velbis know what two hours your family will be working. The money raised will go towards wiggle seats and LED lighting.

October 12th, is our first PIE night with retired Bronco's player Antwon Brown, as our guest!  Please spread the word about both events.
