Thank you to Mr. Lonnie Hetterle, the Rocky Mountain Conference Vice President of Education, who came to speak at the Pueblo First Seventh Day Adventist Church this past Sabbath. His sermon focused on what it means to be a good parent and what character traits your child is learning at Daystar. The students did a skit titled, "The Harvest is Ready." Their skit encouraged all people to wake up and get involved in the Great Commission. After the church service, the school was opened for all church members to walk through.Our quote for today is from David Livingstone, "How can a commission from an earthly king be considered an honor, and a commission from a Heavenly King be considered a sacrifice?"
