Great job athletes on your persistent training at the Pueblo Academy of Arts track! We practiced different running events in preparation for the Grand Junction track meet coming up.
Tomorrow the weekly assignments are due along with a science test. Please make sure your 5th-7th grade student is studying and writing notes. They can also re-watch the videos that I have posted and any others that will help them.
Today we also had a fire drill and lock down drill just for practice. The students are knowledgeable on what they need to do to stay safe.
Our quote for today is from Michael Phelps, "I think that everything is possible as long as you put your mind to it and you put the work and time into it."
