Earth Day Assignment

For science class we will have an assignment due on April 22.  Your child will be getting a copy of an energy scavenger hunt.  In case they lose it, here is a link where you can print another one:http://www.energyhog.org/pdf/ScavengerHunt.pdf. There are also games and other information your child and family can find at this website: http://www.energyhog.org/.

Attached is an energy scavenger hunt to be completed as a family.  Your child will also need to make a poster for Earth Day.  The poster should be at least 22” X 28”

POSTER:

-         Include 3 ways that a family or individual can recycle or save energy

-         Include the reason or objective for each way

-         Include pictures or drawings for each way

-         Make sure your poster has a title

-         Put your name on the back of the poster

-         Graded on neatness, creativity and objectives are met
