Chimes

What an amazing blessing - someone anonymously donated a set of chimes to our school!  The students are so excited and it will add so much to our music program. 

I am sending home a flyer for our next field trip, which is to Colon Orchards next week. Please sign and return back tomorrow. Again - any parents who want to participate need to go to http://www.shieldthevulnerable.org/.

Students will have their first memory verse quizzes tomorrow. Please practice with them this evening. Our 5-7th graders started Bible marking today. We are color-coding verses by topic and also writing notes from different commentaries.

CHERISH assignments are due tomorrow. Please have the students write three reasons for each person listed.

Today in writer's workshop we talked about using our five senses to make our writing "come alive."  We went outside and did an exercise on using our five senses. Ask your student what they wrote down.
