Parallelogram Nutcracker

We have been working on an Advent calendar for Bible - it has been inspirational to see how God had a plan for our salvation from the beginning of the world.

Today we watched some videos on how colonialists celebrated Christmas. Then we took our social studies quiz.  The students did a great job.

Today we did a math parallelogram nutcracker project.  They turned out really nice!

We also continued our writing project.  I wish I could see the parents faces when they open up their gifts on Christmas!

Our quote for today is from Bob Hope, “My idea of Christmas, whether old-fashioned or modern, is very simple: loving others. Come to think of it, why do we have to wait for Christmas to do that?”
