Beth's Fight Against Breast Cancer
My beautiful sister Beth Michaels
inherited my mother’s gorgeous smile, gift of song and love of nature.
Unfortunately, she also inherited the breast cancer gene. This strong
gene, took our mother and grandmother too soon, but it has not taken my
sister’s strong faith in the Lord. She has been fighting this unseen foe
for three years, but her body is beginning to display signs of this
hard fought battle. We are asking that you claim God’s victory over her
body. Beth is asking for strong prayer warriors in her behalf, “God is
not finished with me yet.” This battle also requires chemo treatments,
hospital stays, intravenous supplementation, blood work and the list
goes on…and so do the bills. I know that the body of Christ can rally
for Beth in prayer and in resources. “Therefore encourage and comfort
one another and build up one another, just as you are doing.” 1
