Thank you Jose for taking a picture of your friend Joshua's art project. He really thought Joshua did a great job! I can't wait to see if any of our student's win a prize in the art and poetry contests that I will be entering them into.
The bottom picture is a check that we were able to give to ADRA International. Congratulations students on giving to your world! You never know what the ripple effect will be.
I am SO proud of my students. We have been diligently working on math facts and there has been A LOT of improvement!!! Keep up the hard work students!!!
We will be performing an original group poem on Thursday night. I am asking that the students bring a prop(s) for their line. Please have them bring something in tomorrow so that we can practice with it.
Please also remember that there is a class performance on Saturday morning. Please have students in black and white attire. All students need to be at the church no later than 10:30.
Today we talked about honesty in our devotion. Our quote is by Thomas Jefferson, "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom."
It's good to know that your teaching our children that there is a world around them that they can affect change on and bless with their talents. Thank you for teaching purity in truth. That's beautiful and enduring.
