Today we continued to discuss the Holocaust. We read a story of a little girl who survived during that time because of the kindness of strangers who took her in. Hate and bitterness can be overcome by unselfish love and compassion.
Our quote for today is from Anne Frank, a victim of the Holocaust, “No one has ever become poor by giving.”
